The Relief Base is located at
295 Walnut Street, Elizabeth, NJ 07201. NJ Transit's Elizabeth station is a block away from our base.
We meet at 7:30AM at The Relief Base for preparations for all AM outreaches and finish cleanup by 4PM. For the Friday PM outreach in Newark preparation starts at 6:30PM at The Relief Base and cleanup ends by 10PM.
